Refund policy

Please contact us if you have any issues with your product and send photo proof to
blackdogprecision3d@gmail.com.

Please allow 5–7 days for production, followed by an additional 3–5 days for delivery depending on where you are located in the USA. We are located in North Carolina.

Premade/As-is Items                                            All items that are mark AS-IS are final sale which means NO returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and or items that are damaged from customers. This includes dog chewing on the product.

Cosmetic                                                        There may be small cosmetic flaws in products, due to fluctuations in printing environments and differences in material composition. Everything is handmade and you will only recieve a structural sound product.

All of our products are designed, printed, and test by my team. My team all come from different fields from professional dog trainers to sport/show dog competitors to working dog owner.

We reserve the right to protect ourselves as small business owners.
